Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a £10 deposit which is non refundable. If you need to change your appointment you can transfer the deposit to another date providing I am notified 48 hours prior to this. Please do give 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment- anything less than this will incur a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, if you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled as I have a busy schedule and may not to be able to fit you in before my next client. For insurance purposes I do not infill other technicians work, please ensure you book a removal and fresh set. Out of hours appointments are available upon request, message 07723367116 for availability. Please note there is a £10 fee for out of hours appointments and bank holidays.
